What is MIBOSO?
Formed from the first two letters of Mind, Body, and Soul. This is the Sacred Trinity that awakens us to the Source of Creation when aligned with love.
Because the word "God" is so triggering in 2025 as a result of the Abrahamic religions perverting the image and realness of the One True Creator, and shaming humanity for its simple rawness...
I wanted a new word to represent the Powerful Force of Creation that erases all mental programs of shame, guilt, distress, jealousy, dishonesty, doubt, resentment, hypocrisy, etc. And instead gifts everlasting peace and freedom.
We have entered a new era of awareness and it is our obligation to evolve our understanding of reality and update definitions of words that were never questioned.
The Ultimate Creator couldn't possibly be one point of force, therefore every religious god, is man-made.
WHAT IS THE STORY?
It was through the Mind, Body, and Soul connection that I came to know God, as Source ⎯ A Divine Intellect, existing as pure Unconditional Loving Consciousness.
The deeper I turned inward and listened to my body, the quieter my mind became and the more I uncovered my true vibrational state. And in uncovering myself, I discovered God.
In discovering God from within, I realized I cannot prove my own existence. Therefore, it is only God that exists.
This led me to the One Constant Truth, which never changes, and the one thing that can be proven ⎯ I AM not separate from God.
God and I are One. It is not I that lives and breathes, it is the Divine Intellect that vibrates through every atom of my being.

This awakening inspired me to create YPBFF and spread further awareness of practices and tools that help align us with the Truth of this reality.
Now I travel the world raising money to continue this mission.

Yes, hey, it's me. I'm Lana Kay.
I’ve always known I came here to live a wildly extraordinary life.
Not every child grows up leaving home, breaking every rule possible, and turning unconventional paths into purpose, but here we are.
For a long time, I was surprised how everything always worked out so damn well for me... now I live my life in expectation of exactly that.
Since as young as I remember, I was a rebellious soul, always going against the norm. Revolting against playing small, refusing to conform, rebelling against authority, with a strong resistance to settle for the ordinary.
And a strong disgust for living a boring, traditional, and predictable life.
I was the type of kid who was constantly searching for adventure, for intensity, and new experiments to try. As an adult, that has not changed.
Whenever I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, the answer was always the same.
"I don't know... I just know I want to live the most exciting life possible."
I had no idea what that looked like.
I just knew if it wasn't exciting, I would die of boredom. Being stagnant in life terrified the shit outta me.
When practical self development tools came into my life in 2016, not only did they guide me to the path of Self-realization ⎯ which nothing can top the excitement of being aware of every smallest psychological process, noticing new patterns pop up and rewriting internal programs, spotting human behaviors, navigate reality with ease, and having an intuition that guides you into the craziest adventures⎯ but as a bonus, they uncovered what purpose I wanted to give my life.
The idea for, YPBFF, started back in 2021, when I facilitated my first ceremony, in Phoenix, AZ to a group of women. It became slightly more obvious in the ceremony two weeks later, when I hosted in Cuernavaca, MX, right after moving my life out there.
With every ceremony I facilitated over the last five years, in 9 different countries, the confirmations of the mission only grew louder.
Now, I travel the world spreading awareness of the Mind, Body, Soul connection and host new friends who who resonate with the mission of MIBOSO in Goa, India.

Understand that all of it was needed for your awakening, and give gratitude for the breath that gives you life.
This is the whole mission. There is no greater power than the power of self-love. To truly love yourself, you must accept the most vile parts of yourself and transform that shame into love.
Only then can you love others the way you want to be loved.
